Can I claim for damages to my vehicle or clothes if a parcel leaks?

Yes you can.
Inform your TM initially, take photos of the damage to your vehicle or clothes. Find the cost to repair/replace on a like for like basis and obtain receipts for valeting etc. Forward all the details, including the barcode of the leaking parcel, to your TM. If they do not respond, contact your Regional or National representative.
