SOS receipt scan at least 95% of parcels scanned in by the DU (delivery unit), deliver or attemptĀ at least 98.5% to customer on day of receipt, collection performance of at least 98%. No more than 10% carried forward throughout the period. if you do not achieved this criteria then you will lose your SOS bonus
